Terms and conditions

1. The service

PromptYa offers templates with short forms that generate personalised prompts (instructions) for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Some features also let you run the prompt with AI inside the site.

2. Account

You need an account to buy or subscribe. You must provide accurate data and keep your access secure; you are responsible for what is done from your account. You can ask us to close it at any time by writing to hola@webprompts-para-ia.com.

3. Plans and prices

• Free: 3 demo templates, with one free generation per template that we email to you, and up to 2 uses a day of “Run with AI”. We may adjust these limits to prevent abuse.
• Single uses and packs:a one-time payment for a number of uses of one specific template. Each generation uses one. Uses don't expire while the service is active.
• PRO (€9.99/month): unlimited use of the PRO templates and your prompt history.
• Premium (€19.99/month): everything in PRO, plus the Premium templates and the “Run with AI” and “Fill with AI” features with no daily limit, subject to fair use (see section 6).

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. For companies or teams we offer tailored proposals on request.

4. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard through Stripe's billing portal: you keep access until the end of the period already paid and won't be charged again. There is no minimum term. If we change a subscription price, we'll let you know in advance and you can cancel before it applies.

5. Right of withdrawal

Prompts and access to templates are digital content supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium. When you buy a use, a pack or a subscription, you expressly request that supply begins immediately and acknowledge that, once it has begun, you lose your right of withdrawal, under article 103.m) of the Spanish consumer protection law (TRLGDCU).

This doesn't affect your right to cancel the subscription for future periods or your statutory guarantee rights: if the content or service doesn't work as described, email hola@webprompts-para-ia.comand we'll fix it or, where appropriate, refund the corresponding amount.

6. Fair use and acceptable use

“Unlimited” means normal personal or professional use. To protect the service we may apply technical limits to automated, bulk or abusive use. You may not resell or redistribute the templates, extract them by automated means, share your account to bypass limits or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. AI-generated content

Prompts are instruction templates; results are generated by a third-party AI model and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. They are not professional advice (medical, nutritional, fitness, legal, financial or otherwise). Always review the result before using it, especially if it affects your health (for example, allergies), your money or other people. You are responsible for how you use the results.

8. Intellectual property

The templates, their structure and the rest of the site's content belong to us or our licensors. You may freely use the prompts you generate and the results you obtain, for personal or professional purposes.

9. Liability

We provide the service with due care but don't guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.

The prompts we generate and the answers of any AI are guidance only and may contain errors. They are not medical, health, psychological, dietary, fitness, financial, investment, tax, employment or legal advice, and do not replace a qualified professional. We do not guarantee any outcome (health, financial, career, academic, commercial or otherwise) nor that the content is accurate, complete, original or suitable for your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing the content, for checking it against official sources or a professional before making decisions, and for how you use it, including compliance with the rules that apply to you (data protection, commercial communications, advertising, consumer law, intellectual property and others). For any health problem or emergency, seek medical services or call 112.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on the generated content, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we'll say so on this page and, if you have an account, let you know by email. Purchases already made are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.

11. Governing law, complaints and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any complaint, write to hola@webprompts-para-ia.com. If you are a consumer, you may also contact your local consumer authority and bring any legal claim before the courts of your place of residence.
